Re: Early birds and Late Night revelers II
Yes mate its quite tourist wise,
but we have a change over at work, so we are busy, every 6 months the contingents change, but this isn't at the same time, so we have quite a lot of comings and goings...
the weather is coldish at the moment, around 8 at night and up to 20 in the days... meaning from time to time we need the central heating on..

I work for the United Nations, in the transport unit,
On paper I'm a driver..... in the real world, this can be anything from delivering food, water, collecting sh**e - yes sewage, recoveries...
Give introduction briefings and driver training/ assessments to new personnel in the mission.
Vehicle inspections, plant operator assessments, Drive the recovery vehicles (light and Heavy) for breakdowns and RTC's (aka RTA's) Road Traffic Collisions (Road Traffic Accidents).
etc etc...
Sure i posted something on the other side, will see if i can find it.. went in to more detail

Well a word of caution "take it easy" we don't want you having any incidents in your pants
Re: Early birds and Late Night revelers II
Ha ha ... Ok dad , by the way nav1 tried to scare me again in his space shuttle , didn't quite have the same effect this time , although on a couple of occasions I really thought we wouldn't stop in time .. 2 ton truck and two heavyweights , not a good combo for stopping on a postage stamp ...
Re: Early birds and Late Night revelers II
He'll be along soon enough with his two penneth ... Done a good job though on me truck
Re: Early birds and Late Night revelers II
Have faith young skywalker, the force is strong but not as strong as it is now. . After showing pd1971 what a stock manual nav pulls like it taken me the rest of the afternoon to get the power sorted. Now it pulls like it should right to 5250 rpm
