so , i've had me Nav for 4 months... i'm very happy with it.I got an Upstone Tonneau fitted pretty early and that's it.
Now i'm not one for bling and shiny chrome etc , but can someone explain in simple terms any performance related add ons i should consider.
Now spring is approaching and business getting better this time of year ... i will soon be considering a DTE ?
I am in no way whatsoever mechanically minded , so anything i get will have to be fitted by the supplier or a local garage ...
The Nav is used mainly for day to day commute (3 miles to the printshop) and summer weekend camping trips , it will never do any serious mileage or heavy pulling,
i would like to improve fuel consumption as i have an Auto it's only showing 21mpg .I am also not a speed freak although obviously the more power the better ... just in case i need it of course.
any suggestions please ... or a dummy's guide

Re: Modding
Well if it was me i'd go for the DTE and have! you can fit it yourself as the instructions are really easy to follow:

My fuel consumption has gone up around 3mpg

Re: Modding
Think mine has gone down 3mpg due to extra weight of all my "shiney bits"

Re: Modding
In layman's term, the K&N basically allows more air into the engine then when the fuel is added you get better performance
