S.P.E.C.S.

Hi all,

For those of you not from the UK we have these speed cameras referred to as SPECS cameras and they can take your average speed over a prescribed distance......used a lot over here when long term roadworks are in place over several miles....

My question to you guys is........have you or have you ever heard of anyone ever being fined for speeding through these camera systems.......the reason i ask is that on the M11 at the moment they are in place half the drivers slow down to the required 50 and the other half just keep flying through........i am aware that some people don't register their vehicle etc etc.......but does someone out there know something we/i dont.......

Think i may start to ask around and see what we find.....

I think there has been a couple of convictions mate a lot reckon if you keep on chnaging lanes the cameras won't be able to keep tabs on you, wheter this is true or not is another matter

There's one easy fix.

Just attach a motorised second number plate (James Bond style) so once your past the first camera flick the switch and hit the gas.

Camera will have a be pretty clever to figure that one out
